Contrary to popular belief, there are some great things about turning 30.
In the case of the Breakthru Beverage Arizona Charity Golf Classic, turning 30 meant another incredibly rewarding year of giving back to the community that our company has grown to love so much over the last three decades.
“We’re honored to unite so many generous people for this yearly event – your presence and participation brings about a meaningful impact on our community,” said Gary Lederer, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Breakthru Beverage Arizona. “Every day, our charity partners are out there connecting with our community to help make the lives of our friends and neighbors better – we’re proud to play a small role in helping their missions.”
$100,000 was raised for Arizona charities, including the following:

- – The nonprofit provides a variety of educational and development programs for youths ages 5-18.
- – A nonprofit that provides support and education to women searching for a new beginning.
- – A 36-year-old organization supporting innovative research in the fight against cancer, in tandem with The Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University.
- – The Sarver Heart Center works towards heart disease prevention.
- – A leading cancer treatment center that hosted Vice President Joe Biden’s National Cancer Moonshot Summit.
The annual festivities included two days of top flight golf, a fun poolside BBQ and the forever-classy gala where attendees enjoyed an incredible lineup of wine and spirits from our supplier partners.
