Compass Box The Story of the Spaniard
This blended malt from the ever-inventive Compass Box is perfect for whisky fans who love a sherry-finished dram. Inspired by working on a whisky with The Spaniard bar in NYC, this expression is built around whisky drawn from sherry and Spanish red wine casks. By the numbers, 48 percent of the whisky was aged in ex-sherry casks, while a further 25 percent was aged in ex-Spanish red wine casks.

Ki No Bi (The Beauty of the Seasons) is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansh艒 berries. Bottled at 45.7% ABV, Ki No BI uses a rice spirit as its base and peerless water sourced from the famous sake–brewing district, Fushimi.
Mezcal Vago Ensamble
The Mezcal Vago Ensamble is made by Salomon Rey Rodriguez in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, using a different blend of agaves for each batch. This “field blend” style means each bottling is unique and will never be repeated. Ensamble is full of sweet agave fruit, dense mesquite smoke and tons of vegetal earthiness."

This 1988 Vintage Old Pulteney was matured in casks previously filled with peaty whisky from Scotland’s Isle of Islay. Each bottle is natural in color and is non-chill-filtered. In 2016, Old Pulteney 1988 was named ”World's Best Single Malt Whisky” at the World Whiskies Awards.

Widow Jane 10 Year Bourbon
