Breakthru takes Third at Truck Driving Championships

For Breakthru Beverage Florida, June of 2016 will go down in the books as a memorable month for all things trucks.
BBG FL delivered an impressive showing at the Florida Trucking Association’s 2016 Truck Driving Championships. Top drivers from all over the state – 236 in all from 30 companies – competed in the championships. Drivers were given a written test on the trucking industry, safety, security, first aid, health and wellness. They also performed a pre-trip inspection test as well as a rigorous road test on a course of driving obstacles. Seven drivers from BBG FL entered the competition, with Ron Wiggs cruising to a third place finish in the Straight Truck Category!
In addition to Wigg’s award-winning performance, BBG FL Director of Safety Tracy Linhart will be featured in this quarter’s issue of . Tracy has been with Breakthru Beverage for 21 years and worked hard to make sure his workplace stays safe.
